Marketplace status
AXE GEAR provides a marketplace for discovering vehicles, submitting vehicles for review, and requesting reservations. A request is not a confirmed rental, does not guarantee availability, and does not create a vehicle handoff obligation.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter a contract and meet the driver-license, age, identity, insurance, payment, deposit, and vehicle-specific requirements disclosed before confirmation. You agree to provide accurate, current information.
Vehicle-owner responsibilities
Owners must have legal authority to list a vehicle and must provide truthful ownership, registration, insurance, recall, maintenance, mileage, location, and condition information. AXE GEAR may hold or remove any listing while safety or documentation is unresolved.
Reservations, charges, and payouts
Submitting a reservation request may require payment of the displayed rental total through Stripe and a separate authorization for any disclosed refundable deposit. Owner payout arrangements are governed by the private owner agreement and are not displayed publicly. Taxes, marketplace fees, protection products, damage, late fees, cancellation terms, and other approved adjustments must be disclosed before they are charged.
Refunds and disputes
AXE GEAR reviews cancellation, refund, deposit, damage, and payment-dispute requests. Any refund or deposit capture will follow the trip terms accepted before confirmation, applicable law, and the evidence available to AXE GEAR. Contact Gear-Pro promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect.
Safe and lawful use
Vehicles may be used only by approved drivers and only for lawful purposes. Racing, unauthorized drivers, commercial subleasing, tampering, impaired driving, and use outside the approved trip terms are prohibited.
Availability and suspension
We may decline or cancel a request, suspend an account, or place a vehicle on safety hold when information is incomplete, a recall or insurance issue exists, or safety, fraud, legal, or operational concerns arise.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided as available. Final responsibilities, protection, fees, cancellation rules, and liability terms may be set out in a separate agreement before any confirmed vehicle handoff.
